At midday of 22nd March, at the merging classroom, Junior High Division of the east campus held all staff conference.
The agenda of the meeting consists of three parts.
To begin with, Deputy Director Gao Yi proceeded arrangements concerning spring outing and production of graduation commemorative album.
In addition, Vice Director Hu Sen conducted assignments with regard to monthly examination in March. Furthermore, he carried through notification regarding appraisal of 2016 municipal education& teaching theses as well as six electrified education academic works. He hoped that all teachers would vigorously participated in the events mentioned above and hand in theses& work on schedule.
Afterwards, all Grade 9 teachers convened the Mobilization Will Conference for 2016 Senior High School Entrance Exam.
During the meeting, Junior High Division Director Ling Qian made a keynote speech. First of all, he notified the arrangement of ‘Three Rounds& Four Tests’ as a whole. Second of all, Director Ling tutored teachers how to handle well review work and put forward specific requirements. He highlighted the guiding ideology of ‘win at the first round, seize the orientation, locate the keynote, emphasis on practice& the importance of research’. He demanded that teachers should manage well the relationships of data vs. teachers, data vs. textbooks, explanation vs. training in addition to in-class vs. extracurricular programs. Third of all, Director Ling especially analyzed the significance of 2016 Entrance Examination for Secondary School on the development of Anqing Foreign Language School and hoped that all Grade 9 teachers would mutually collaborate and make the review job workable with responsibility, pressure management and crisis awareness.
In summary, this conference was timely and substantial. Everyone present was determined to get up on the right side in the general revision, implement& carry out the targeted goals, turn pressure into impetus, diligently teach students, initiate the review work with enthusiasm to create another glory in this year’s Middle School Entrance Examination.
